In response to our last question, Do you expect to remain in the CS/MM profession throughout your career?

"I expect to remain in the CS/MM profession until I retire ... I LOVE MY JOB!"

"I was in MM for 30 years. And I would do it again"

"Yes, I enjoy every aspect of the profession. You are continually learning new processes and aspects of the profession. In other words, it is a never ending experience."

"Yes, if the pay keeps up and if I keep getting advanced."

"Yes! I do expect to remain in the CS/MM profession. I was certified in 1977 and have worked in SPD since that time.... I have witnessed vast changes in SPD and know we will continue to expand in this field as new technology and improved services are required of us."
