Frank Riggi coordinated the Board of Directors annual fall meeting, which was held in Rochester at the Radisson Hotel (because the city and the hotel will host the NYSACSP Annual Conference and Vendor Exhibit from 2012 to 2014). On our arrival to the hotel each of us were immediately greeted by Mary Beth Lazarski, Assistant Director of Sales. During our meeting we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff came to the board room and introduced themselves.
