Exhibits Open: Tuesday, May 1, 2012 (8:30am - 2:30pm)
Exhibitor Set -Up: Monday, April 30, 2012 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Exhibitor move-out: Tuesday, May 1, 2012 (immediately after show close)

Fees:

• Standard 10’x10’ Booth:$2,000
• Corner 10’x10’ Booth:$2,500
• Learning Annex:$2,250 per 2 hour session
  Learning Annex available in 2 hour increments (9:00am to 11:00am or 12:00pm to 2:00pm)

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure all booth spaces
• Balance of amount due is required on or before April 1, 2012
• Space is assigned in the order that contracts are received, unless a competitor conflict has been indicated
• Lead retrieval devices will be available for rent to track attendee contact information
• Complimentary registration for each listed representative to attend the education sessions (Exhibitors are encouraged to attend any of the educational sessions as part of their purchase of an exhibit space, though we request that you please allow primary seating to registrants). The ticket price for social events is not included in the exhibitor fee, and may be available for purchase on-site by the sponsoring vendor.
• CE point credit given only to paid registrants, to receive individual CE point credit for educational sessions; an exhibitor must register additionally as an attendee and pay current rates at time of purchase.

Exhibit Space Includes:

• Exhibit hall is not carpeted
• Eight-foot back draping with three-foot high draped side rails
• Identification sign with your company name and booth number
• 100-word company description and contact information in the 2012 Guide to Exhibits, to form a separate handout distributed with each attendee’s registration materials
• Up to four representatives per 10’x10’ booth are permitted to participate on the exhibit floor
• Lead retrieval devices will be available for rent to track attendee contact information
• Complimentary registration for each listed representative to attend the education sessions (Exhibitors are encouraged to attend any of the educational sessions as part of their purchase of an exhibit space, though we request that you please allow primary seating to registrants). Learning Annex Includes:

• Learning Annexes are carpeted
• 20’x20’ Room (enclosed for privacy and sound) located on the exhibit floor
• Presentation Podium and seating for 20 registrants
• Company name and logo sign outside wall of Learning Annex
• 2 Hour rental time (9:00am to 11:00am or 12:00pm to 2:00pm)
• 20 minute or ½ hour rotations for your educational or product presentations
• Removal of the non-commercial clause that is imposed on our conference general or concurrent educational sessions

Repair Vehicle Display Includes:

• Exhibit hall is not carpeted
• 20’x20’ Blocks of space available
• Vehicles must have less than ¼ tank of gas, batteries disconnected and fuel caps locked (if gas needs to be drained, it is the responsibility of the driver prior to moving onto the show floor and tools are not provided)
• Vehicle will be driven and parked by a representative of the exhibiting vendor
• Viewing of vehicles will occur during exhibit hours (Tuesday, May 1, 2012 8:30am to 2:30pm) on the exhibit floor
• Floor protection is required, such as Visqueen (stand alone or carpet with Visqueen can be rented from GES)
• Purchase fees are for stand-alone repair vehicle displays and additional exhibit booth space may be purchased separately
• A flat spotting drayage fee of $185 per vehicle will be paid separately
  to GES

Hotel Information

The IAHCSMM 2012 Annual Conference & Expo will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center (including all educational sessions, social events and exhibits). Hotel rooms have been secured within the near vicinity of the Convention Center, at the following hotels. Cut-off for hotel reservations is March 30, 2012. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available and a rate available basis. It is recommended to book your hotel accommodations early. Room rates at the hotels are guaranteed only while rooms remain available. Rooms may run out prior to the March 30th deadline, and overflow assistance will be put into effect at other local hotels.
